This means each item is made according to the specifications provided at the time of purchase.<\/span><\/p>\n<h3><span>1. No returns<\/span><\/h3>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer\u2019s specifications or clearly personalized.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"isSelectedEnd\"><span>Therefore:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span>we do not accept returns,<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span>we do not offer refunds for made-to-order products.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3><span>2.
