All products available in our store are handmade and created individually to order. This means each item is made according to the specifications provided at the time of purchase.

1. No returns

In accordance with applicable EU consumer law, the right of withdrawal does not apply to goods made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized.

Therefore:

  • we do not accept returns,
  • we do not offer refunds for made-to-order products.

2. Order cancellation

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.

Once production has started, cancellation is no longer possible.

3. Claims (defective or damaged products)

If the product you receive is damaged or defective, you have the right to submit a complaint.

Please contact us within 7 days of delivery at:

Your message should include:

  • order number,
  • description of the issue,
  • photos of the product.

After reviewing your claim, we may offer:

  • repair,
  • replacement,
  • or a refund (if repair or replacement is not possible).

4. Product variations

Due to the handmade nature of our products:

  • each item may vary slightly,
  • colors may differ depending on screen settings.

Such differences are not considered defects.
